Made-to-Order Products
All PinUpHeaven.com products are made to order through our print partners. Because each item is produced individually for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, size selection, or ordering errors. Please review size charts, product descriptions, and color previews carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, shipping damage, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at support@pinupheaven.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and the packaging (if damaged in transit)
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice — at no cost to you. You will not be asked to ship the item back.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office.
- Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages "delivered" before final hand-off.
- Contact us at support@pinupheaven.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
Non-Returnable
The following are not eligible for refund or replacement:
- Items reported more than 14 days after delivery
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Buyer's remorse, size issues, or ordering errors (see above)
EU and UK Customers
Under EU and UK consumer protection law, made-to-order and personalized goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). However, the damaged/defective/wrong-item policy above applies to all customers regardless of location.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, please contact support@pinupheaven.com.
